The National Mastitis Council (NMC) has accepted the invitation to come to Ghent, Belgium. This meeting will mark the first time a NMC Regional Meeting will be held outside North America. If you are a bovine veterinary practitioner, an extension specialist, a dairy farmer or manager, active in the dairy business, a researcher, working in a milk quality lab, … this is your chance to meet colleagues from all around the world.
The scientific program (August 4 & 5) will give you the latest updates on applied topics related to mastitis and milk quality and through the technical program (August 6, including short courses, farm visits and industry seminars) you will learn in an interactive manner. Social activities (August 4 & 5) include an opening reception in the "Aula" of Ghent University, and a conference dinner at the historic "Castle of the Count" (Gravensteen) in the city center.
